The N Family

A gorgeous family makes gorgeous photographs easy. Some of my favorite photos ever were from this session. What a photogenic family and so easy to work with. It was such a fun and easy afternoon on the water with the 4 of them and there were so many laughs.

"What do you think, we're in LA?"

I love these kids and love that I had the opportunity to take pictures with them.

Baby O

Baby O was one of the first babies I photographed and it was so easy. She was always making cute faces and seemed to always be looking at the camera. I have been friends with her parents for more than 15 years. We've been through a lot together and now we get to be parents together which is the most exciting journey of all. This little one is so stinkin cute, I can't wait to get her outside this summer and take more pics.

An introduction

For so many years I felt sad about the fact that I had no real interests, talents, or hobbies. It wasn't until my daughter was born that it finally dawned on me that I most certainly DID have an interest in something, I just hadn't pursued it yet. For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with taking pictures. As a young child, my mom gave me full privileges with our Polaroid camera and then I moved onto disposables. I took pictures of my cats or people in stores, wherever I was, I enjoyed looking at the world through a lens. As a teenager, I was the one at parties snapping away, trying to capture each moment. I have boxes and boxes of pictures documenting all of the phases of my life. When my daughter was born, my husband gave me the most wonderful gift, my "real" camera. I started playing around and taking photographs for friends. I absolutely LOVE photography and I have finally decided to take the leap and launch Anne Hack Photography. My goal is to provide families on Long Island affordable photography. Thank you for visiting my blog, I hope you enjoy viewing and reading these sessions.
